Meet Carl Nnaji
I’m Carl Nnaji, founder of Kiwi Consulting Group. Before launching the firm, I spent years as a senior data scientist at global companies like Google, ExxonMobil, and HP. But the most defining moment in my career came when I helped my own family’s business recover from a financial crisis.
We were deep in debt, over $150,000, and burning cash each month. I led the turnaround by overhauling our financial systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and saving more than $30,000 per month. I modernized billing, payroll, and reporting, built a capable team, and implemented scalable processes that laid the foundation for long-term growth.
That experience showed me what’s possible when small businesses have the right systems and support. Now, through Kiwi Consulting Group, I help other entrepreneurs and operators gain control of their finances, streamline operations, and achieve sustainable growth just like we did.
